Through a Student Select agreement that MCOECN has reached with Microsoft Corporation, we are now able to offer nine Microsoft products at deeply discounted discounts to all of our students, faculty and staff!

How to Obtain Software

Online-Microsoft's Academic Student Select Products can be ordered online at www.JourneyEd.com/er , choose your state, your county, and finally your school district.

Phone- Phone orders may be taken by calling 800-874-9001. Journey Education Marketing representatives are available to assist you from Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:00pm CST.  Remember to let the representative know your school is participating with the Student Select program and your school districts Priority Code which is MSEROH218. 

Note: If you order online, your school district’s Priority Code is automatically associated with your order.

Microsoft Student Select Program Eligibility

Students, student’s parents may order on behalf of their children, school faculty (certified and non-certified) and staff members are eligible to purchase software.

Academic Verification

To order academically discounted products, academic status must be verified. Acceptable forms of academic verification include one of the following: dated student ID card, dated report card, dated current class schedule (counselor may reprint), or letter from the school on school letterhead.  Your order will placed on hold for up to 7 days until we receive your academic verification.  After 7 days, your order is automatically cancelled but you may re-order your software.  Academic verification may be faxed to (972) 481-2150 or scanned and emailed to proof@journeyed.com

Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is the difference between the products offered on this Web site and the commercial versions of these products?

Nothing. Aside from the price, these products are functionally identical to the commercial versions. As a student, you are eligible to purchase one copy of each software at educational discounts. Some software titles such as AutoCAD, Pro/E and 3D Studio Max are functionally identical to the commercial versions but have been specially designed for educational use making it them unsuitable for a professional production environment. Some manufacturers limit their use strictly for personal or educational use. Please visit the Agreement Forms section on our web site for specific vendor limitations and requirements.

Do I need to send my academic ID every time I place an order?
We keep your academic ID on file. The academic ID we receive is valid for one year from the date we receive it so there is no need to resubmit your ID within the year.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed as long a current academic ID is on file and the item is in stock. The standard ship method is FedEx 2-Day delivery. Courier time frames do not include holidays or weekend days in their service transit times.
