Regardless of your current transportation status and in order to ensure your transportation needs are met for 2021-2022, the transportation portion of Final Forms must be completed by July 1, 2021.
Please note - When you choose an option for busing (yes or no) please be sure to indicate what method will be used for both AM and PM from the drop-down menu on the form.
Alternate Transportation Requests are due no later than 7/1/2021 - any requests received after that may not be processed until 10 days after school begins. They will be processed in the order in which they are received, please be aware that all requests must be approved by your building principal before coming out to the bus garage. Any requests sent directly to the bus garage without principal approval will be returned to the student’s building which may delay processing.
