We realize that with the increased number of devices our families are using, there is an increased need for tech support and/or questions. Our technology team is here to help. If you are having difficulties with your FCS devices or accessing your FCS accounts please use the survey below to tell us your issue. One of our tech team members will reach out to you to provide assistance. If it is determined that you will need a replacement device, they will schedule you to pick that up at the Elementary during one of the food distribution times. Please do not show up to exchange a computer without completing this survey and speaking with our tech team first. We are finding that they are able to assist and solve many issues working remotely, saving everyone a trip to the building! Thank you for your on-going support!
