-Protect your health by using sunscreen (SPF 30+), drinking plenty of water, wearing helmets, and practicing water safety. Keep emergency contacts close.
-Keep learning going; read 20 minutes a day, visit the library, try new hobbies, and practice math, writing, or drawing.
-Stay balanced with routines: keep a regular bedtime, eat healthy meals, limit screen time, and help with chores. Use simple schedules and set small goals.
