Next, we would like to welcome Ms. Erin Anderson and Mrs. Dianne Wagner! Both were in our district last year, Ms. Anderson as a student teacher and Mrs. Wagner as a third-party hire. This year, we are excited to have both of them as official employees of FCS!

We had a fun day yesterday volunteering to build walls for the Fostoria Area Habitat for Humanity. Thank you to our FCS staff, students, families, and community members for volunteering their time to help the Fostoria community!

Thank you to all who made last night's Back to School Bash a success! To our custodial staff who did a great job setting up and tearing down, and to all of our staff and community organizations who volunteered their time to support our FCS families. It was an awesome kick-off to the upcoming school year!

Our National Honor Society is hosting our first blood drive of the year on Monday, August 18th, and would like your support! We earn scholarship dollars based on how many units of blood we collect throughout the year, so this drive will help kick off what we hope to be a great year!

It was a beautiful evening and an excellent turnout for the 2025 FHS Meet the Teams! Thank you to all who came out to support our FCS high school sports!

We are looking forward to seeing many of you tonight (Tuesday, August 5th) at Meet the Teams!

THE 2024-2025 YEARBOOKS ARE HERE!!!

Mrs. Henderson will be at the back to school bash to distribute your book; IF you ordered one LAST year!!!

There are some extra available for purchase as well; 7/8 books are $30 and 9-12 high school books are $60...stop by this Wednesday from 5-7 p.m.

GRADUATES Class of 2025 = IF you ordered a book, I will leave them in the office with Mrs. Root to be available beginning Thursday morning August 7th.

We can't believe it's already August 1st! We have some great events coming up next week, including the Meet the Teams on Tuesday and the Back to School Bash on Wednesday!

Attention FJSHS families, here is a basic back to school supply list to help you prepare for the 25-26 school year. Please note that some teachers may have more specific supply needs depending on the class they teach. Specific class supplies will be shared in the first few days of school.

Congratulations to the 12 FHS seniors who completed the first-ever Vanguard AIM Manufacturing program at the Fostoria Learning Center! These students earned industry-recognized credentials in: - OSHA 10 - First Aid/CPR - NCCER - AWS GMAW Welding - AWS SMAW Welding We’re proud to share that 100% of the students in this inaugural group passed the program! Their hard work, dedication, and career-ready skills are paving the way for a bright future in manufacturing.
