🍎 Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍎
This week, we celebrate the incredible teachers across our district who go above and beyond daily to inspire, succeed, and leave a legacy with our students. Thank you for being the heart of our schools! #ThankATeacher #TeacherAppreciationWeek

Congratulations to the 2025 Prom King, Tim Philon, and Prom Queen, Amijah Poole!

We had the opportunity to recognize some great people at Monday evening's Fostoria Board of Education meeting! Maintenance workers and bus drivers were recognized, along with the many volunteers in our district. We are so lucky to have all of you, and we appreciate your dedication to our students and community.

Just a reminder that our last parent café is happening tonight, Tuesday, April 29th, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM in Legacy Hall.
We’ll have free childcare, snacks, and drinks available, plus some great resources for families to take home. We’re also excited to have some special guests from the Positive Education Program (P.E.P.) who will share tips on handling challenging behaviors in kids.
We can’t wait to see you all there.

Good afternoon. Our phones are back up and running. Thank you for your patience!

Friday, April 25, Mrs Reinhart's class took a field trip to Greenfield Stables in Tiffin. This happens to be FJSHS's paraprofessional, Gail Kingseed's horse farm! Students got to meet all the horses and learned about horse safety. They also learned how to lead horses and then saddled them, and everyone was able to ride! Even the staff got to enjoy the horses and participate!! It was a great experience for everyone, as many kids don't get this kind of hands-on opportunity!!

Good morning. At this time, the phone lines in all Fostoria City Schools buildings are down. The internet is still up and running, and email is the best way to get in touch with anyone. We will let you know when the issue is resolved. Thank you!

We'll see everyone Sunday!

We would like to say thanks and congratulations to all of our Drug Free Clubs of America Scholarship Essay participants. While none of our members' essays were selected for the top ten this year, we are proud of their efforts and the thoughtfulness reflected in their submissions.
Each participant will receive a certificate from DFCA in recognition of their hard work. In addition, they will be gifted one of our DFCA at FCS beanie hats as a token of our appreciation.
Thanks again to all who participated and congratulations!

National Honor Society members spent part of their first day of spring break planting arborvitae along the west and north sides of the tennis courts to provide a wind break in the future. Selling candy bars and working at Cedar Point helped make this possible.

It’s hard to believe there are only 26 school days left. As we near the end of the year, we want to remind you of the school and community resources available to support your students and families during these final days, as well as services that will be available throughout the summer. These resources can help your student finish the year strong and enjoy a great summer.

Come see our students' beautiful work!

Don't forget, tomorrow morning is the day to meet Mr. Longbrake at Java's Enchanted Bean!

Please help support our YLA students in collecting non-perishable food! See below for details.

Don't forget, this FCS Art Show is only 10 days away!
