Come see the amazing artwork of our students, watch student music performances, and snack on cookies donated by the PLT!


FJSHS students had the opportunity to tour the newly offered FLC Manufacturing Program and do hands-on activities with other FJSHS students currently in it. We appreciate the partnership with the Fostoria Learning Center and Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Centers, which made this program possible.

Are you a high school junior or senior passionate about school safety? The Ohio School Safety Center is looking for student leaders to join the Ohio Student Safety Advisory Council.
Who can apply?
📌 Ohio students entering grade 11 or 12
📌 Must submit an application & recommendation letter
What do council members do?
✅ Attend monthly virtual meetings & a summer in-person summit in Columbus
✅ Identify and address school safety concerns
✅ Work with peers & school leaders to develop solutions
✅ Present findings to the Governor’s Ohio School Safety Working Group
📅 Application deadline: Monday, April 21

Students in Mr. Justice's 8th grade science class put on their paleontology caps and made some excellent fossil record posters and fossil trading cards!









Heidelberg University hosted our Seneca County Higher Education Day College Fair, allowing our students to connect with over 60 universities/institutions from the area. Our students had a great time learning more about what each school has to offer as they continue to plan for their life after graduation!





Special thanks to Carol (Owen) Kern, Business Services Consultant of OhioMeansJobs Seneca County, for providing our students with a Virtual Reality Career Exploration Experience today. Students had the opportunity to explore various career simulations using VR Headsets to help them discover various career paths they may be interested in.


Mrs. Woodward took students to ONU for an engineering field trip this week.





Congratulations to FJSHS student Mercedes Gostnell for being inducted into the National Technical Honors Society at Sentinel.
