Fostoria City Schools is excited to be able provide around 100 coats to students, thanks to Operation Warm and the Ohio Governor's Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives! Coats, available in sizes 2T to youth 18, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at Fostoria Elementary School during parent/teacher conferences in February. We cannot guarantee specific sizes or styles, and distribution will continue while supplies last. Basic demographic information will be collected during pick-up. We’re grateful for this opportunity to support our students and families!

Congratulations to the students who scored the highest scores in the junior and senior classes at FJSHS on the Americanism Test. The Americanism and Government test is a civics test that assesses a student's knowledge of the United States, its government, and its flag. The American Legion sponsors the test. The top 8 in the county get a trip to Washington DC. While our kids did not qualify for the trip they did improve from previous years.
