National Honor Society members spent part of their first day of spring break planting arborvitae along the west and north sides of the tennis courts to provide a wind break in the future. Selling candy bars and working at Cedar Point helped make this possible.

Cheyne levels out the dirt around the new shrub.
Many hands make light work!
While some kids, including Santiago and Traivon, dug holes, others followed to plant the shrubs.
One by one, 27 arborvitae were planted in about an hour.
Bre and Kory helped dig holes, too. Bre worked like a pro, quickly moving from spot to spot!
Let’s hope these grow quickly to help the tennis teams.
Just keep digging 😊

It’s hard to believe there are only 26 school days left. As we near the end of the year, we want to remind you of the school and community resources available to support your students and families during these final days, as well as services that will be available throughout the summer. These resources can help your student finish the year strong and enjoy a great summer.
