Airmen basic Kierre Dixon (Class of 2021) spoke to students this week about his career as a Cybersecurity Technician. This week we started our 🥎 softball cleanup of facilities , equipment inventory, organizing and arranging of dugouts , closets and field work . We wanted to give a shout to those players, students, and teachers who came out and helped! We appreciate the unity, strength, and team effort of our students and staff!
Calculus students created an interactive Unit Circle. This hands-on activity helped the students become familiar with and master the unit circle, which helped them with trigonometry. The students rotated the right triangles to the different quadrants to determine the angles and ordered pairs around the unit circle. It helped them see the relationships between the angles in all four quadrants.
Congratulations to Xavier and Camron for officially signing their letter of intent to serve in the U.S. Army!
Our 9th grade students went on a field trip to Sentinel Career Center to explore different opportunities.

Red Ribbon Spirit Week starts this Friday, 10/25!
Hello FJSHS Students,
This is a quick reminder that if you need anything from the Caring Closet, like basic necessities, you can find posters with a QR code around the school. This code leads to a request form.
The form is private for JSHS students to request items from the Caring Closet. After you fill it out, you can pick up your items from Mrs. Hinke's office (N223) before school, after school, or during Success, she will call you to her office when your items are ready. If you need something urgently, please talk to Mrs. Vogel (7/8 Counselor), Mr. Howard (9/10 Counselor), Mr. Earl (11/12 Counselor), Mrs. St. Clair (School Nurse), or Mrs. Hinke (School Caseworker), and someone will assist you right away.
