The Fostoria City School Board’s Buildings, Grounds & Transportation Committee has scheduled a meeting. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 3:30 pm in the Board of Education Office, 1001 Park Avenue, Fostoria, OH. The purpose of the meeting is to review the district’s projects and needs.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide community members the opportunity to share their thoughts on how Federal Funds should be appropriated to best meet the needs of students for the 2023-2024 school year. The third grade presented a Wax Museum last week and did an amazing job. It was great to hear them talk about the famous person they researched and see all the community members come in to support them! Thank you, 3rd grade teachers, for putting this together!!

The FES Student Lighthouse Team held fundraisers throughout the school year to raise money for the Fostoria Splash Pad. Last week Mayor Keckler came to FES to update students on the project, and the students presented a check to Mayor Keckler for $1000!

This time of year is busy, but it is exciting to see all of the year's hard work come to fruition. Yesterday was Jr. High awards, tonight was Vanguard's graduation, and tomorrow is the Senior Awards Banquet.
FES students visited Imagination Station this week! 3rd graders went Tuesday and Thursday, and 5th graders went Thursday as well!
