FJSHS sophomores visited Vanguard to learn about the different opportunities available.

Hello Parents and Guardians,
With the second quarter beginning, please take a moment to review your student's information in Final Forms. Accurate information helps us provide the best support throughout the school year.
Be sure to check the McKinney-Vento Residential Status section under contact information. This section identifies students who may be experiencing housing instability, allowing us to connect them with the appropriate resources.
Here are a few status options:
Stable Housing
Sharing Housing Due to Financial Hardship
Hotel, Motel, or Campground
Emergency/Transitional Shelter
Unconventional Residence (e.g., car, park)
Foster/Court-Placed or Kinship Care
Unaccompanied Youth
If your current situation is temporary or lacks stability due to financial hardship , your student may qualify for additional support under the McKinney-Vento Act.
Thank you for ensuring your student’s details are up to date. Your cooperation helps us better support their success. Please reach out if you have questions or need assistance.
