The Boys to Men group shares a positive message with FJSHS students every Tuesday morning.
This week’s message was delivered by group member Cain Jimenez:
“I am capable, I am focused, and I will make positive choices today.”
"Remember, every day is an opportunity to grow, lead, and show the best version of yourself.
Have a great day, and Go Redmen!"

Red Ribbon Week & Spirit Week Celebration
Next week, we’ll be celebrating a unified Red Ribbon Week alongside our Spirit Week! With the exception of Friday, all spirit days will be the same district-wide as we work together to solve life’s puzzle drug free.
On Friday, our buildings will have unique celebrations:
FES students will be saying Boo to drugs for Halloween Day (reminder: no masks, please).
JSHS students will be teaming up to stay drug free with Jersey/Team Shirt Day.
Each building will also have additional Red Ribbon Week activities and opportunities for students to get involved.
For more information about Red Ribbon Week or ideas for activities you can do at home, visit www.redribbon.org

Our SMYL School Pals group has been busy at FES. Along with working on developmental assets, the students created and chose their group rules, name and mascot. This creative group of young gentlemen decided to call themselves the Fostoria Friends (F²), represented by a T-Rex wearing a SMYL Pals shirt, slam dunking a basketball. We can’t wait to see what else they come up with as they continue learning about themselves and developing new skills,

He was named MVP of the Aztec Bowl, was a part of the Otterbein national basketball championship team, and went on to play 17 seasons and have a record-breaking career in the Arena Football League. #RedandBlack #LeaveaLegacy
