Fun Fact Friday: The stained glass piece in Legacy Hall (created by Kokomo Opalescent Glass) was part of a large window in the Emerson Building's auditorium. It wasn't marked for preservation since it had been enclosed, and no one knew the glass was there. Although their company told the demolition crew not to save it due to time constraints, one contractor decided to save the center section and gave it to Diane Lind. She and her husband stored it for future community use. Dr. Tom Guernsey, Fostoria BOE President, spearheaded its restoration, completed by Bigelow Glass Company in Findlay, Ohio.
